We will never again do business with this company. We special ordered sofa pillows from them and were EXTREMELY disappointed in the fabric and pillows. We are out $337.00 for pillows we won't use. We disputed the amount with our credit card company and lost the case since it was a special order. The edging is unprofessional, the stuffing inferior, and the fabric faded. We went to pick up the pillows today and found that they had sold the pillow stuffing to another customer and sewed a zipper in the pillow to accommodate the other sale! How they dared to touch the pillow without our consent is totally beyond our comprehension. VERY bad experience we won't forget. ...read more

Our sales person made at least 5 glaring mistakes and simply didn't show any experience in her field. She continually ignored voice mail messages as we tried to relay the many problems that she caused. Going to her supervisor did not result in improved service. The cabinet selection is fine, but if your sales person is named Jennifer Stuart, RUN AWAY! It cost us two months and many gray hairs. ...read more
