I just recieved my chourico from this company. I live in Colorado & we have companies who try to make this. They taste terrible. They need to match the ingredients that goes into it. I work throughout New England and while working nearby I was recommend by a client to go to Michael's if I wanted some awesome old time favorites particularly the best Chourico.
