It is a real shame that Casey's family is having to go to court to try and get the compensation that rightfully belongs to Casey Colley. She worked for these accounts and from the documents filed in court they were given immediately to another employee. I went into the store off Bert Kouns to pick out carpet for my mothers house. The sales person was not helpful at all. He acted as if he'd rather be any where else but there. He disappeared and wasn't available for any questions I may have had. I found several samples that interested me so he took my information and said someone would call to set up an appointment to come measure. That's been over six weeks ago and still no call. As soon as I left Ivy's I went to Lowe's and they couldn't have been more helpful. I even brought samples to the house for my mother to look at. Ivy wouldn't allow that because all they had were the store samples and they couldn't let those out of the store.I don't know who will be doing mothers carpet but it WON'T be Robert Ivy. ...read more
