We ordered an arrangement on 9/01/11. The website stated same day delivery and we really needed this delivered to our really good client that was having a bad day. About an hour after ordering I received a call from, Shelia in your Metairie store, stating that the driver was running behind schedule due to the bad weather and they couldn't deliver it that day. We weren't happy, but due to the bad weather we agreed that it would be delivered first thing 9/2/11. The driver didn't attempt to make the delivery until after 4:00 9/2/11. This was a Friday before a holiday weekend and they were closed. He was supposed to go there first. What really gets us mad is that we called Friday evening to cancel the order because delivery the following week was unacceptable, Sheila told us no she can't cancel the order. \t\nCalled back on 9/6/11 to see if we could resolve this.
