They do NOT do the work they promise and the work they do is poor at best. I was told that they would completely detail the vehicle, inside and out, windows, carpet, condition the seats, wax the vehicle and clean the engine compartment. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle 30 minutes after it was promised, they were still not done. 30 minutes later, they said the vehicle was ready and upon inspection, the wheel wells were dirty, the door jams were dirty, the vents had dust in them, conditioner was still embedded in the seat vents, wax was all over the trim, the floor mats were not in the vehicle and when I went to open the hood to see what was done in the engine compartment, the owner said "don't even look under the hood cause we didn't clean it". When asked why he said "no one can see if it's clean or dirty". There is more to this story but under the advise of my attorney, I am only allowed to comment on the quality of the detail job performed by Scotts Soap Corner. Find another detail shop. My experience at the Hammond Aire Spa was just that an EXPERIENCE that me nor, my 13yr old daughter will ever forget!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon entering the carwash my daughter was playing her DS( handheld protable game that cost 129.00) of course you are not to leave valuables in the car BUT of course your not anticipating anyone stealing your items either..........YES my daughters game was STOLEN........I informed management and he refused to question his employees!!!!!!!!!!!! I was very upset to say the least, my daughter was crushed. I called the police (very nice) he informed me that this was a civil matter and he could not do anything about it (basically). You can't really beat a $3 wash and self vacuum. It does leave water spots, though. Maybe they need a better chemical drying agent instead of that rag mitter curtain. ...read more
