I work for a company that sells supplies to stores like this one, I seen there was a sign for somthing I liked in the store front window, so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone. I walked in and asked for the store manager and when I did I got the I am the owner, there is a no solitary ion sign! She said " I don't appreciate how you overlooked me like I wasn't the owner" she didn't realize I was about to buy 300-400 dollars worth of candy for a fund raiser event. How you treat business people, is a good indication how you will treat customers behind the scenes. I placed an order for cupcakes and was disappointed when I went to pick up. When I said as much I was told I was a pain and a hard to please customer. The owner went on to say that I asked too many questions when I ordered and she didn't need to be interrupted to answer my questions about pricing and decorating. I was also told they didn't need customers like me. The manager and owner were extremely rude and belligerent!
