I placed an order for cupcakes and was disappointed when I went to pick up. When I said as much I was told I was a pain and a hard to please customer. The owner went on to say that I asked too many questions when I ordered and she didn't need to be interrupted to answer my questions about pricing and decorating. I was also told they didn't need customers like me. The manager and owner were extremely rude and belligerent! In this economy especially, I like to support local business but I was told by the owner that Kroger could help me. This is one local merchant that will never receive my business again.
