Carol Miner, owner of Balloon Garden is the absolute best face painter and balloon artist! My grand daughter loved her design and didn't want it to ever come off. She told all her friends about it and can't wait for another party with Carol. She also dresses like Mrs. Claus and reads stories to children and builds gingerbread houses with them.
