I was there during what appeared to be a busy time of the day, and I couldn't help but notice the actions of one of their employees. This guy had a shaved head and tattoos all over. At first I was confused, thinking to myself, where am I, a work release express center. However, this guy was all over the place, doing things that needed to be done to keep the customers wait time down. I was fortunate enough to actually speak with this employee. I believe his name was Mike. I must say, he seems like a great guy and was extremely helpful, also surprising polite for as busy as they were.
