This is a case where first impressions were dead wrong. I walked into this new location on 10th . just west of Shadeland and thought " Lord, what have I got myself into". I needed some repair on my laptop, and this was just an open room with a few folding tables and chairs. Still, I explained my problem and Tony gave me a firm price and a firm time. Got the laptop back, and it worked perfectly AND he saved all my data and reinstalled my programs. There was an issue a few days later that I suspect was of my doing, but Tony fixed it under his warranty, when he said he would. I'll definitely do business with these folks again ! ...read more

This is a horrible company. I had a three year service agreement with them for the copier I leased. In three years, while I paid my monthly service fee to them, they NEVER serviced the copier. There was no routine maintenance. There was no fixing problems that prevented me from being able to scan and fax document - nothing. At the end of the lease they tried to bilk another 3,000 dollars from me from some "end of lease" expenses that the manager said was required by the leasing company and that Adams Remco did not receive a dime of. I contacted the copier company directly and found this was again a lie. These people are crooks. I only gave Adams Remco one star because 0 was not an option. Beware! ...read more

Wow. Called number and a guy answered like he was angry that he had to answer the phone. No store, they only deliver (not sure I'd like this person to know where I lived). Priced that was quoted was a range ($35-$50) for a USED item that would cost the same NEW from the Apple store or mailorder. I was warned not to call this place...now I see why! ...read more
