Terra Landscape
By jimtprice February 27, 2014
********BEWARE******** I found Terra via the service magic website last spring. I had Jose quote a very large home project to power wash, re-sand and seal my 4000sqft brick paver driveway and patio - $3100 project/cost. Jose won the bid and everything appeared to have gone smoothly with the work by his crew until just a few days/weeks after the work was completed the sealer they used did not properly set and the sand washed away from in between the pavers. The work should have lasted 3yrs+ as promised by Jose the owner of Terra. I called him back right away to come out and inspect what had happened but he kept avoiding my call/emails. After several attempts I was able to reach him via phone and said he would come out in the fall to fix the work because he was too busy. I called him back in the fall and again said he was too busy with other client projects and would have to come back spring 2014 to fix the work. Upon advice from an attorney I just emailed Jose/Terra today 2/26/2014 to request a refund in a last attempt to settle this matter before I file a lawsuit. ...read more

After learning it was $18 I said I would look elsewhere. They good-naturally said "OK". After looking at other gas cans elsewhere I returned a couple of days later and paid the price.I used the Csaw on a job of cutting up a huge brush pile. Nobody warned me that there was metal in there and I soon connected with some old rusty fence wire that was impossible to see. The Csaw started throwing chips ...read more
