AWESOME!! Bought a 290 Stihl Csaw. Good price.They filled it with oil and gas, started and ran it for awhile, than brought it out and fully explained how to operate it.They had a small gas can that I was interested in. After learning it was $18 I said I would look elsewhere. They good-naturally said "OK". After looking at other gas cans elsewhere I returned a couple of days later and paid the price.I used the Csaw on a job of cutting up a huge brush pile. Nobody warned me that there was metal in there and I soon connected with some old rusty fence wire that was impossible to see. The Csaw started throwing chips

Snowblower failed within 3 years of use (20 uses total max).. The problem stated (oil/gas equivalents) is something I've controlled correctly for 30 years. WPE says my snowblower is scrap and I need to buy a new one at full price. Customer Service, in dealing with this issue, was way less than exemplary. I was told "whatever" 6-7 times. Needless to say, my business will be headed elsewhere.
