I had my dad brought in to be repaired and bumper of the front of a town and country Chrysler Town and Country how to be repainted he repainted it it started chipping I had another accident that somebody hit me and I brought it in and said well while you're fixing this could you repair the paint on the bumper since its chipping and he said there shouldn't be any problem then he tried to get Allstate debatable Indo he knew all state it wasn't part of Allstate problem and then he kind of planes on Allstate for not wanting to cooperate and it was all his hit there's nothing connected from the accident from the second accident to the first accident and he's trying to get the Allstate the second accident the pay it and they refused so then he refuses to do anything with Allstate now he's refusing to actually paint my bumper then he said okay well find the receipt so I have to find a one little sheet of paper that they gave me from - 12012 which happen happen to have and then they say well we cant we cant look it up by invoice number or your name or address can you send us a copy I send them a copy it said on your desk for 2 months I called them and ask them what's going on and he said Oh its been sitting here and I said well that's it I'm done I'm taking you to court to get my bumper painted it because I can't even trust you to paint the bumper properly not after all the hoops that you may need to go through just to prove that you are the one even though you admitted to me when I showed up you recognize that and everything worse customer service and the guys basically a crook ...read more

Summer of 2012 we brought our 12 year old Toyota to Nydam in Steger for rust repair. A couple of spots were totally rusted through and a number of others were on the surface. We wanted to give the car to our kid but it looked very old and beaten up. They did a great job. They made the car look almost new again. The colors matched perfectly and the price they charged was the price they had quoted. Even though they discovered more rust while they were working. Nydam's price was better than the other places we checked. We recommend them highly. ...read more
