Not only do they do awful work but the owner is absolutely the worst person to work with. Gary (the owner) also owns rental property in the Rockford area. After one of his tenants fell behind in payments ($400 is all, not even a full month) due to unforeseen circumstances they applied for emergency assistance from the Winnebago County to pay the difference of the debt. She lost several hours at work because she had to go down and apply for this assistance. Gary knew this is what she was doing and agreed initially to accept the payment. At the time in which the county released the check to Gary he refused payment and issued a 5 day notice to the tenant because he said "I can have someone in here now paying more than you do" not to mention 2 months after she signed her lease he raised her rent out of no where because he did not take into account he would be responsible for the garbage and water so aside from raising her rent he also told her he would not be covering those costs and she w ...read more

We came to Home Depot to look at what was available to replace a kitchen pullout faucet and new pull handels for out kitchen cabinets. We brought along a drawer with us to see how different products would match together. We started looking by ourselves and then went to the kitchen planning department. We were met by a Sales Associate who asked us what are requirements were. After a few minutes we were assited by Catherine. After about 15 minutes Catherine showed us several cabinet pulls and we liked one more then the other. She then took us to look at varius kitchen faucets that would all blend together. After deciding on a Moen faucet, she looked for inventory on hand. To our plesure the faucet and door pulls were all availabel. We checked out and went home and installed the faucet and door handels.
