After 13 hours of cancelled flights and being diverted from O'Hare to midway, I was at the end of my rope. Paul from Naperville Limousine was tracking my flight - it was an hour late. As soon as it let him know I had collected my bags and called the number they procided me my limo was standing in front of me! Paul was extraordinarily nice. I use Naperville Limousine for work travel -to and from the airport- on a very irregular schedule. My days are never consistent nor my hours but they always accommodate me. They never fail to pick me up, even when I forget to make a reservation until the last minute.\t\n\t\nThey sometimes know before I do if my flights have been delayed or cancelled because they are so on-top of your schedule to make sure you are picked up on time and taken where you need to be efficiently.
