In the Internet Age word spreads quickly after employees experience negative treatment. Kurth Erchinger must be naive to think he can let any type of bullying take place under his watch and not have it be known. Now that people know and there is dialogue, he his well positioned to make improvements instead of letting resentment run rampant at work. Shame on me for not getting a quote from them even though I had done business there before. On a previous visit, they asked for 50% down. This time they asked for $200.00 down, and then when my pictures were ready the bill was over $1000.00. When I complained they made no effort to adjust the bill, but did admit they should have called me.
