Do not use Vallow - horrible customer service!! We made an appt. for carpet restretching 8 days beforehand. We scheduled all of our appointments around them including having the realtor come to the house to take pix as we are getting ready to sell the house. The day of the appointment, they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it as they had a "bigger" customer before us that they wouldn't be done with. We reluctantly rescheduled and moved all of our other appointments to accomodate their time/employee mgmt mistake. When I called to ask for a partial refund/discount on our PREPAID appt for our inconveniences, Mr. Vallow himself, "refused" our appointment. They apparently don't care about customer service or satisfaction - from the top of the totem pole down. If they are this bad before the job is done, I can't imagine how poor their customer service would be AFTER the job is done! We were able to get an appt with Collins and Sons instead for a cheaper rate! ...read more
Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
