They dod a good job cleaning the Truck but my stack of quarters in my money holder was missing. Also used too much cleaner on window switch which made the switch go bad (according to Ford Service Dept.) ...read more

We had a horrible experience at the pet wash. First, the machine wouldn't take any bills, no matter how we put them in. We had to get $5 in change next door to start the wash. The water was freezing cold for at least one minute of the timed wash. The dryer never did heat up(tried for two minutes) and our dog was shivering! There were no towels. The drain was clogged and he stood in soapy, dirty water. The room was not even heated. We were all freezing. There was no attendant on duty and when we tried to call the phone number the voice box was full. A very poorly run place....will never use again or recommend. ...read more
