These people purchased the property I was living in and took over the lease. Take the advice of so many who have already posted and avoid these people at all costs. They will nickel and dime you on charges after move out because they know most people won't go through the trouble to go to small claims court to fight over a few hundred dollars. They even had the audacity to send me additional charges after 30 days of moving out because the initial charge was "just an estimate" and they needed to mow the lawn (even though it was cut the day before I moved out). Rather than conduct business with integrity, they would rather take money from people who work hard to provide for their children so they can make an extra buck or two. We did not work directly with Kelli, but she was the selling agent for the home we were buying. She was so unorganized throughout the entire process. Our realtor had to continuously hound her for the proper paperwork. And then when she would finally get it to us it would be filled out incorrectly or incomplete. She would wait until the last minute to do things. Then she was 30 minutes late to the closing appointment once she was finally able to get all her ducks in a row. She was scatterbrained and ditzy, even commenting that she's no good at all the paperwork (as if we haven't already witnessed that). Now that we've finally closed we're still dealing with her lack of organization as she still has not handed off the paperwork and checks to the closing agent to pay the proper bills, so our home warranty isn't paid and we need to use it due to sewer issues.
