Hello, my name is Emily and I have lived on the north shore for several years. I have been in to Celestial several times. And each time I am at your store, I find the staff to be incredible rude. Your staff is not helpful in any way; they don't acknowledge when a customer is standing at the register ready to check out, they simply keep talking among themselves. I used to bring my Menehune bottles in for exchange, and your staff acts as if they are going out of their way to write me up a receipt. Its not as if I'm asking them to help me carry the bottles... I've always done that myself.
