We contracted with the salon before my daughter's wedding. I was the first one at the salon and the stylist worked on my hair from 11:15 am until 12:30 pm when the other girls arrived. The stylist had informed me that she was going out of town with her boyfriend. When the other woman in our party Michelle arrived the stylist's (Molly) boyfriend came into the salon because he was ready to go. She told him that she would be out in 15 minutes.She hurried on Michelle's hair and did not have time to do my youngest daughter's nails. Michellle had to go home and re-do her hair. She payed $78.00 and received nothing. The stylist is inexperienced and the owner stands behind her idea to leave this wedding party without the correct number of stylists. I voiced my concern right away and was told that we would be taken care of. We were not and the salon refused to refund Michelle's money. This is not a reputable salon. Do not go here.
