Lavender Meadows operates under the social medical model. Our building is an 13,000 sq,ft facility capable of serving 49 clients, who are in need of supervision,assistance with ADL's, medication management,increased socialization and fun. We also offer in house occupational, speech and physical therapy. Our facility is comprised of a variety of activity rooms,respite rooms,movie theater, game room and much more.Our programs are licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources.
