The cooler concept is wonderful. Cannot say anything negative about H2Cool products. But not worth the aggravation of dealing with the Francise in Atlanta. They don't offer a set delivery. You never know when or if water is arriving. They won't return phone calls for weeks on end. The cooler stopped functioning months ago. They never came out to repair it. I finally called them and left a message for them to pick up the cooler as I was moving. I gave them 6 weeks notice and even called and left follow up messages. They waited until two days before the move before they finally called and then wanted me to accommodate their schedule. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE businessman. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS GUY. ...read more

I went to this place because someone posted a review saying they had good clean pine straw.It was more full of garbage then Home Depot. Don't be fooled by the truck out front.That is NOT the pine straw you are getting! And their product line is so limited it would be a waste of time to "shop" there unless you are just a house wife with plenty of free time.NOT impressed. ...read more
