H2Cool

The cooler concept is wonderful. Cannot say anything negative about H2Cool products. But not worth the aggravation of dealing with the Francise in Atlanta. They don't offer a set delivery. You never know when or if water is arriving. They won't return phone calls for weeks on end. The cooler stopped functioning months ago. They never came out to repair it. I finally called them and left a message for them to pick up the cooler as I was moving. I gave them 6 weeks notice and even called and left follow up messages. They waited until two days before the move before they finally called and then wanted me to accommodate their schedule. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE businessman. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS GUY.
