These people who run Balfour Beatty are probably some of the most unhelpful people. I live in Southern Oaks which could almost be considered a ghetto. I have had countless problems with my apartment and if these people decide they want to do their job ever once in a while its a temporary fix and I will have to call them again and again and again. For example...I am deployed and my wife is saying my refrigerator went out today..she called balfour beatty and they said someone will be out to fix it. Well, knowing these people so well 2 hours later no one has showed up while the food in my refrigerator is going bad and apparently they don't reimburse you unless its 200 dollars or more worth of food that went bad. So my wife has to call them over and over again. Another example would be the mold that has constantly been growing on my ceiling because of old and outdated air conditioning systems.
