My experience at Autowash Express has been exhausting and time consuming. My mom, dad, boyfriend, and I all brought our cars in on a Sunday afternoon. My mom's car turned out fairly decent, but my day's truck had soap on the tail gate and the inside was not vacuumed. My car had soap on the trunk and my cup holders had sticky residue in them. While waiting on my interior to be cleaned, I witnessed 2 employees arguing with a customer. The customer was angry because there was still soap residue on her car even after the employees towel dried her vehicle. The employees said "It's not a big deal, it's just soap. We don't have time for this." Unbelievable.My boyfriend's car (which he purchased Sunday morning) was not acceptable. He paid $100 for them to detail outside and inside of his new Acura.
