I got my car washed at Express Lube and Car Wash this morning and the brush tore off my roof trim. The owner came out to inspect it and told me he knows his car was not responsible. I drove my car in with the trim on and the car is in perfect shape. If you are going to wash your car here take photos and make them sign a statement that the car is OK before it goes in. If I could give them 0 stars I would have!!Do not go to this car wash unless you want your vehicle damaged!! My husband took his brand new car there today and when it came out of the car wash the driver side tire was gouged and the rim was torn up. Of course they did not claim responsibility and said he must have hit a curb...seriously...on the driver's side?? Please! We have had the car for only 4 weeks and it was in perfect condition when he took it to Express Lube and Car Wash. Now we have to pay over $600.00 for a new rim and tire. That's the most expensive car wash...ever!! ...read more
