My father-in-law originated the "Chicken and Dumpling Gang" to prepare meals for homebound members of a local Church Ministry. He purchased the Chicken leg quarters from Doug because they were "lean and clean".. Doug's shop is always clean and the family is always cordial and quick to serve their customers.
