Avoid hiring someone that isn't qualified or that can present a threat to your office by running abackground check. 3. Ask Good Questions Questions can make or break the interview. Too vague of questions will give you boring and Google searchable answers. Too specific and you may not understand the candidate's full potential. Throw in a good mix of questions that will give you insight into the candidate's qualifications and character.
