I parked in on of their lots on Peachtree St. I have parked in the lot before, and was charged $15. When I pulled in I was told the charge was $30. At that point I needed to park my car and go to my event, so I paid the fee. There was NO sign stating the price anywhere. I checked and double checked. I was then shocked to find out that the two lots closer to the venue were only charging $15. In addition, when I returned to my car, I found my car blocked in. I had to wait 25 minutes for the attendant to move the cars. The lot had clearly been oversold. I contacted National Parking Solutions twice by email asking for a refund and never received a response so I filed a complaint with the BBB. That caught their attention, and I received a response. They stated their prices were consistent with the neighborhood, which is false. They then stated that " there are no signs stating possible refunds or time it will take to get your car".
