I could write a book about how disappointed I am with the products, but most of all- the unprofessional manner of which I was treated. I ordered multiple disinfectant jars this past February and after weeks of waiting they finally arrived. The jars were of poor quality and overall not suitable for our salon. Upon contacting Melissa about the issue, I received a very negative and defensive attitude. After the phone call I tried to work with the Razor Sharp products so that I could avoid a return, however they were still not able to meet our needs. I followed the original directions on the website & returned the products to the listed address, expecting a refund to my account within the following weeks. After no response regarding our returned items, I followed up again with Melissa via email only to be snapped at VERY unprofessionally. With multiple phone calls and emails, I forwarded the original proof of purchase, the UPS return shipping receipt, the UPS tracking detail, as well as the proof of delivery. I immediately called Melissa just to inform her that I sent all of the requested information. She called me back within a few minutes and began talking down to me about how she was going to lose her money and how I should have confirmed the return shipping address with her. (Mind you, I followed the directions provided on the website.) I made sure to remain very respectful and level headed with her, however upon asking when I would receive my refund- SHE HUNG UP ON ME! As with most online businesses it's generally a quick, painless process when returning an item. However, Razor Sharp has been the TOTAL opposite.
