I could write a book about how disappointed I am with the products, but most of all- the unprofessional manner of which I was treated.

I ordered multiple disinfectant jars this past February and after weeks of waiting they finally arrived. The jars were of poor quality and overall not suitable for our salon. Upon contacting Melissa about the issue, I received a very negative and defensive attitude. After the phone call I tried to work with the Razor Sharp products so that I could avoid a return, however they were still not able to meet our needs. I followed the original directions on the website & returned the products to the listed address, expecting a refund to my account within the following weeks. After no response regarding our returned items, I followed up again with Melissa via email only to be snapped at VERY unprofessionally. With multiple phone calls and emails, I forwarded the original proof of purchase, the UPS return shipping receipt, the UPS tracking detail, as well as the proof of delivery. I immediately called Melissa just to inform her that I sent all of the requested information. She called me back within a few minutes and began talking down to me about how she was going to lose her money and how I should have confirmed the return shipping address with her. (Mind you, I followed the directions provided on the website.) I made sure to remain very respectful and level headed with her, however upon asking when I would receive my refund- SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

As with most online businesses it's generally a quick, painless process when returning an item. However, Razor Sharp has been the TOTAL opposite. From an order placed back in February to the current month of May, I have YET to receive reimbursement. Needless to say, I’m beyond disappointed with the company.

I have ordered several times from them and each time has gotten progressively worse. The aprons are not water proof, they may be slightly water resistant but definitely not water proof, no matter what their video shows. On two orders we tried ordering ruffles for one apron and never got a ruffle nor any refunds as was promised. On the final order I placed, all aprons were several inches smaller than the advertised size and when I was finally able to question the company contact (after three months of trying and MANY unreturned phone calls) she told me that the aprons will vary because the way each person sews is different. The pocket stitching looked like it was done by small children. Not a single apron was as requested (colors, patterns, style of tie, ruffles, etc.) and one was missing the little ring so it's not even usable. They also used remnants of another fabric so that the reverse of pattern showed through which happened to be an offensive design to the stylist for which it was intended. Apparently they don't stand behind their quality of workmanship. The person on the phone was very rude and had lots of excuses ready. She said I could exchange but I don't have time to put my business on hold so they can try again.
