Took my car in for their most expensive wash today & when I got it back, there were several deep scratches on the wood grain center console. The manager refused to take responsibilty for the damage, saying "It is not our policy to repair or replace damage to your car unless we wreck it." !!! If you value your car, do NOT use this carwash. all i can say is that dont go there theyre no about costumer service....they stole my ipod and the owner refused to help me even thought he knew i was saying the true.... he says that all his workers have been working for him for 12 yrs and he has 16yrs old employes working for him...thats how ucan tell he doesnt care about his customers is all about the money and stilling what they can while they can...he also told me he doesnt care about his employes background ...t ...read more

People think about it, but often times it falls low on the priority list. Life is busy. The question is...."Does a clean car help me in my daily lifestyle?" I can't speak for others, but surely in my case it does. I find when my car is clean I am more likely to stay organized in my day to day life. I watch the amount of "stuff" that gets piled up inside my vehicle, and I don't want to lose that "new car" clean feeling so I "purge" more often. Purging is one of those things that we need to do often, but often we let the stuff get piled up anyway, knowing where that leaves us. Secondly, the feeling of driving a clean car is energizing too. Running errands all day in a clean car certainly feels better, and who wants to feel all "blah" when running errands? Things seem to "click" when its clean. I guess at the end of the day my ego plays a part in all of it. I really do feel proud to have my car clean. Its really nice when people compliment how clean my car is. My response is simply...."It's nice to be clean".:)My guys here at Mammoth really know what their doing. Many of the employees here at Mammoth have been with us for many years.
