I visited this car wash after using it previously without any issues, unfortunately this time I did have a very poor experience. I drive a Jeep Wrangler and when I purchased my vehicle the dealer installed a Mopar rack on my back tire. When I pulled up, no one asked me to take it off my vehicle and I have previously when though car washes without issue while it was on my vehicle. Afterwords, the rack was completely damaged and unusable. They admitted to no advising me to remove it from my vehicle and that other cars drive through with them all the time and have no issue. I filled out a report and was told I would hear back from Dianne. I've called 3 times now to speak with her and I get no answers to any of my questions! She can't tell me even if they have looked over my report! On top of this, the quality of the car wash was less than up to par. They only dressed one of my tires, bugs was not cleaned off my grill, etc. Unless I am able to get this resolved, I will be sure to share my story with anyone looking for a quality car wash in the area and share this story on all review websites. They are THIEVES! They stole my car mats from my vehicle and after 30 minutes of searching just so happen to recover my driver's mat then said I only had one mat. These people are ridiculously CROOKED and I wouldn't let these people touch my car again. Plus my cup holders were missing until I complained and they didn't even touch my rear trunk hatch. I am truly sorry I bought this deal and wish I could get returned to my before this car wash status. By the way a couple of people weren't happy while I was there and that should have been my clue.
