BEWARE!! There is not enough room here to describe all of the issues we had with our rental and this company. If you have any problems don't expect them to deal with them, you will have to spend your vacation time on the phone with them trying to trouble shoot your problems. After a week of one problem after another we tried to contact the company to discuss our issues and a partial refund, but they would not return our emails or our calls. Can not write well enough to explain the wonderful experience, in all aspects, with our recent week long RV rental! The selection, pricing, care and customer service is first rate, and the joy of a family vacation with an RV rental is superb. Drove over 2400 miles in a week, in some brutal traffic, but the family time while being able to have gourmet kitchen, satellite TV, incredible bathroom and bedroom at immediate disposal was the most enjoyable and memory filled vacation ever enjoyed. The Class A RV was gorgeous, low mileage, incredibly maintained and well setup. The staff support and service 24/7 was a welcome comfort blanket, and they walked us through several things needed regardless of time or day.
