They talk a real good game but don't have a clue what they are doing.They did the install totally wrong nut insisted they knew what to do the whole time. Do not use. Greg has a huge attitude and lies to his customers. He made an appointment with us and promised he would call when he was on his way. He missed his appointment by 15 minutes and then lied to us about waiting for us. He then lied again and said he was late for another appointment. If he had an appointment with us, how could he be late for another appointment? He was a total jerk and I would never recommend his service. ...read more

At one time they were actually a decent company but now they're simply pathetic. Perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in South Florida. We had the company come out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator and they ordered a new circuit board. Then, after they installed the board our freezer would not freeze anymore. They came out and said sure enough we had to order another part from them, and it would cost us more money. I asked to speak with a supervisor but the company never had the deceny to call me back.
