At one time they were actually a decent company but now they're simply pathetic. Perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in South Florida. We had the company come out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator and they ordered a new circuit board. Then, after they installed the board our freezer would not freeze anymore. They came out and said sure enough we had to order another part from them, and it would cost us more money. I asked to speak with a supervisor but the company never had the deceny to call me back. I am frankly surpised that they're even still in business. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

We took our dog to this place and as soon as we set foot in it you could smell an awful stench. In fact, this place smelled worse than the county pound. Then they brag on the walls about free tours of their place. But we asked for one and they took a few minutes before they granted us a tour. I m sure they were hiding something unpleasant they didn t want us to see. Nonetheless, we received a tour which was basically looking at hundreds of dogs in crates (boarders) and a large amount of dogs in a small dog area, and another large amount in the large dog area--these were the daycare dogs. Except there was no daycare it was literally stuffing as many dogs as they could on a concrete floor behind a fence. It was so loud one could go deaf staying there a long time as the large dogs barked at the small dogs like it was some kind of dueling pep rally. This place was literally one step above putting your dog in the county pound. The only reason the price was low was because they are hoarding as many dogs as they can in the place, and they get very little attention. In addition to dogs this places also takes cats, pigs, and probably anything else they can get in there since they re only concerned with quantity not quality. They also have all sorts of ads promoting the place to franchisees. I couldn t imagine buying one of these places as a franchisee unless someone lacks a conscience. The quality of care is simply pathetic, the stench is awaful and the people there seem like they have zero concern about animals--it is all about the money and stuffing as many animals in a pen as they can, and selling as many franchises as they can. I ve been to quality boarding/ doggie daycare places before and their they take you back right away without having to hide things, there was no stench and there were only a handful of animals--so the place could deliver quality care to the animals that were there. Furthermore, there Internet camera is a joke. They intentionally don t have it setup properly so you don t see the miserable conditions your pet is in. The lame excuse of the day from the company was somebody needs to come and reset the camera. Right it takes all of five seconds to place a web camera properly. If you ran a joint like this you would make sure no one could see the shabby conditions pets are left in too. I just wish I had more time and I would ve never let my dog stay there for even one second. Thankfully he didn t appear sick when we picked him up just frightened and stinky--can t blame him when he was in that kind of nasty atmosphere. You ll notice a few glowing reviews...I can assure you they were not from anyone who had their pet stay there. I imagine they force their employees and families to create bogus reviews to rig their ratings. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
I used to like the place when Ken ran it. He was very efficient at returning phone calls, and great with customers.Unfortunately with Ken's passing this place has gone downhill. They don't return phone calls in a timely fashion. The staff acts like its doing you a favor by taking your dog and grooming him. And it seems to lack any warmth, which would be the reason one would take their dog to a groomer, have the dog locked up all day and travel to the groomer, when one could just as easily have a mobile groomer come to the house for about the same price--and be finished within 45 minutes. Aside from that they seem to hold my dog as hostage until about five minutes after I've paid. Seriously, do you think I'm going to get my dog and run out on my bill? Since they know who your dog is why don't they get your dog and then ring you up instead of having your dog wait in a cage for another ten minutes because they're afraid you're going to get Rover and start running out on your bill? Give me a break! In short, unless they start changing their policies soon and stop acting like they're doing you a favor when you bring your dog in for grooming--let's remember the customers are the ones who keep Fur Crazy in business not the other way around. And while you're at it how about thank you for your business and maybe try to show a positive attitude when customers come in--it always helps with business.
Nice bunch of people there, who take good photos, but they take way too long to get things done. If you have all the time in the world to get photos this would be a decent place but if you want to get things done in a timely fashion I would look elsewhere.

I was driving from Coconut Creek to the Boca location, which was pretty nice. However, they had constant turnover there, and the prices were pretty high for a trophy shop. Nonetheless, we continued to get our trophies there and then they closed the Boca store.
So we had to travel to their Deefield location, which is in a rundown area of Deerfield. Eventually we had to stop using them all together since there were just too many mistakes with their work and when you couple that with their high prices we decided to go elsewhere!
Someone call the police! We have a highway robbery on Jog Rd. This insanely overpriced, cafeteria-style bagel joint charges the highest prices for bagels- bar none!
The bagels are good but there are many bagel places in Boca and the surrounding area, in fact at the other places one can sit down and get served like a human being.
At Way Beyond, one has to wait in line, like cattle, to pay the highest prices for bagels and salads this side of the Hudson River! Things are so expensive at this joint that they price for a 1/4 lb. Their prices are truly Way Beyond!
Nice facility but the owners are way too pushy! They started hounding me on the phone, calling me left and right to signup. I suppose they are trying to pay off their franchise fees but this does not make for a good start. After all this is a gymnastics course for toddlers. No one should feel they got the full-court press to signup. I think these folks were pushier than my car salesman!

Terrible Hours at this place! We live close to this place and everytime we go there they are closed even though, accoding to their hours, they should be open. Today we got there at a little after five and they were closed, although their hours say they are open till 6PM. There was no sign for explanation nor anything about it on their message.
This is the second time this exact thing happened, where according to their hours they should be open but there is not a soul to be found.
Consequently, we went to Boca Play Station, their sign said open till 6PM and they stayed open until 6PM. Imagine that a place that stays open the hours listed on the door! Needless to say I will not waste my time going back to Playtown Cafe since they will probably be closed despite their hours stating they are open!
