The man who works here is purely out to lie, and cheat you out of your money. He uses pathetic tricks to get you to buy and sell your text books, and you end up getting screwed. I had a dispute with them over having made a long drive to find out that my book wasn't in inventory due to an employees mistake. I was frustrated and angry, and expected to get the poor customer service I have become used to in So. Fla. if I complained. However, I asked to speak to the manager. He was straight-forward, polite, helpful, and ending up giving me a previous edition of the text FOR FREE!!!!!!!! This mans business ethics and professionalism has made me a loyal customer for the duration of my time in college.
