hello my name is danielle ramsey i worked at your ohio store on high st in hamilton. the managers name is kelly. i turned a work verification form to them showing that im no longer employed with your company they were suppose to send it to you on the payroll date of july 26th and it stii has not been faxed to my case worker and i gave them this paper on the 15th of july and they said they sent it to you on the 26th. will you please fax the paper to were it needs to go if not i can take further action because its the goverments request thank you i will be in contact ...read more

On Saturday I ordered and when told the total I informed the cashier that it was incorrect. It was more than it was suppose to be. I explaned to the cashier and pointed out the prices on the sign behind her were less than what she was charging me. She agreed and summond the manager to come over. She looked at the receipt and informed me that the registar is what they charge and it doesn't matter what their signs say. She further said it was normal for the pricing on their signs to be wrong because they don't change them like they are suppose to. Overcharging the customers is wrong, especially when you know you are doing it and will not correct it when it is brought to your attention. It may only be .60 on my small order but over the course of the day and weeks this is a signifcant amount of money you are defrauding from the public. Thank You Please do what is right.
