Billy's Transmission & Auto Repair

1.0

By DaphnePrice

Wish I could rate them with zero stars!! Worst experience with a mechanic ever!! Shoddy work and a dishonest owner. "Repaired" my son's transmission. Took almost 3 weeks! Never was fixed properly. Car broke down and left my son stranded SEVERAL times. Each time we brought it back to be fixed, it was transmission related but conveniently never covered by the warranty!!! After hemorrhaging money for 6 months, we are now at a 3rd mechanic getting it completely fixed!! Each mechanic says there are things that should have been done originally that were not and at the very least, those issues should have been fixed under warranty! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!! ...read more

Smiley's Auto Sales & Services Inc

I would NEVER tell anyone to buy from them. I bought a van from them and not even a month later the transmission went out on it. I took it to a dealer to have it checked out and they said there was noway that it when from good to bad in one month. I took the report from the dealership to Smiley's to show them, and see if they would help. They told me that it was my fault that the transmission went out and there was noway it was sold to me that way. However they helped to get it fixed, by adding the amount to get it fix to the end of my payments. Not even a month later I went to make my payment and when I showed up, it looked as if the place had be closed down. They had for sale signs out in front of the property. Then not even a week later they come to repo my van and tell me that I had 10 days to pay off the entire amount owed plus a $500 dollar repo fee or I wouldn't be able to get it back. Even after I told them I tried to make my payment and they were closed down and they knew I had noway to get in contact with them. They did not care one bit. NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM!!!!! You will only be buying a vehicle that's going to break down shortly after buying it, and getting crappy service when it happens. ...read more
