I Ordered embossed portfolios with our logo and paid with my business debit card $423.15 on 7/28/18. They were promised Aug 8-9. Immediately sent artwork and proof the same day as ordered. They said they were in production. Stayed that way almost two weeks. When my promised date was approaching, I contacted them to see what was going on.They assured me that "production" was working diligently on them. I asked why they were in production so long? They said that was normal and they sent production an "expedite message" and they would follow up the next day. I contacted them again the next day when there was no follow up. They assured me again that they were in production and expedited. I contacted them again on the 9th which was the day they were promised and I had a meeting I needed them for. Again, I got the run around and I told them it was unacceptable. Then they stopped responding. I called them and got the same run around and asked to speak to a manager, of course none were available. She came back on the phone and told me that the item was out of stock and if I wanted to choose a different item. I was furious. They had given me the run around and lied for days and I wasted hours of my time trying to run these portfolios down in time for my meeting I needed them for and they never even had them in stock. They had my $423.15 for weeks and I had nothing to show for it other than aggravation. I told them to refund my money immediately. They take my money in a matter of seconds and it can be refunded just as quickly. They said they would have to contact their billing department and it would be 7 to 13 business days. I told them that was totally unacceptable, in which she told me she would try to expedite it to her billing department, which I am sure was another lie. She said to check the next day. Of course no money the next day. I called back and asked about the money. He said it will take 7-13 business days. I asked to speak to a manager. Of course, none were available. He said he would check with billing which was of course another lie because I still do not have my money back.
