I would give them a zero stars if that were an option! They were horribly rude in there and cancelled two appointments on me. The first time their machine broke. The second time they said I'd been in the sun within the last two weeks (I did some yard work the weekend prior). I explained no one told me I couldn't be in the sun for two weeks and they should tell people that on the phone if they're going to cancel your appointment because of it. I'd taken off work to be there and cleared my schedule after waiting 6 whole weeks for my appointment after they'd canceled the first one! They were un apologetic and very cold and told me - we don't tell anyone on the phone to stay out of the sun (huh?!) and if I was unhappy to call Groupon and get my money back. I was totally shocked that was their solution and in disbelief looked at the owner/manager? and said, "well that's exactly what I'll do" and left. Luckily Groupon was much more accommodating and apologetic and gave me a full refund. ...read more

I had an hour and a half of pure bliss. I had an eyelash tint and then a fabulous facial with the 4 layer image vitamin c peel with Melissa.
