I had a fence put in by this company and I am extremely happy with their product! I had done research on various companies in my area and this company is the only one that has a lifetime warranty and uses a stronger product than any other company. The customer service was excellent! Every person that I corresponded with was very professional and courteous. It took almost two full days to complete the fence because it had rained the day before. The installer was very patient and took his time waiting for the concrete to settle due to the rain. Have an old riding mower that needed a starter. Half of the engine model number was completely gone from the ID plate. With little information I called and talked to a great employee who happily helped me figure out the missing numbers and and gave me the information needed about my starter. When I arrived I intended to buy a new starter knowing it would be over $100. The owner saw the starter and told me I did not need to buy a new one and that this one could be repaired. They put the new part on and tested the starter to make sure it was fine. It only cost $45, my mower started great and he has a new loyal customer! ...read more

Horrible company all around! I purchased a Groupon with them last year for 2 lawn cutting services for the price of one. On The first one they mowed over a newly planted scrub. Then they never used a bag for the grass clippings so there was a big mess all over. When I later tried to use my second visit voucher they wouldn't honor it. They simply said I had already used it when I hadn't! I tried so hard to speak with them and resolve this as this was mistaken for a previously scheduled appointment to come out that was canceled due to a family emergency. They would not return any of my calls. The owner only communicates via email with customers. Both times that I tried to use my vouchers were met with difficulties due to very poor communication on their part. Thank God Groupon reimbursed me for this terrible company experience. ...read more

I have always enjoyed stopping by the Trad's Garden center so when my husband starting moaning about our current lawn maintenance co. I thought "here is a great chance to go local" Surely a local company will care more about customer service and success than the big uncaring corporate guys." Boy was I wrong. Our lawn went from "OK but needy" to "Desperately dead" in a matter of months. I mean it was brown and weedy and dead and they never made a suggestion or said a word. But they still came out and sprayed this dead yard and then PUT THEIR SIGN UP! It was such a joke, we couldn't believe it. Who would advertise their company on a dead yard? My lawn cutting guy took a picture so that he could convince other customers to stay far far away from Trad's lawn care. So should you!
