I just want to encourage masage therapist that want to collect insurance paymets to consider learning how to take quantative initial, mid way, and final exam notes. (something more scientific that a soap note). Insurance companies want to see a more mathmatical or rather numerical improvment of the patient to justify treaments. We need to learn how to scientifically measure intial ranges of motion and validate pain levels. Let's continue to grow in respect to our other collegues in the medical professions. ...read more
