Made a appointment to get two windows done. Show up 15 minutes early to Coggin Deland Ford (where Ken works out of) He claims I did not have a appointment which was a complete lie! He then proceeds to tell me he can squeeze me in but I would have to wait 3 hours because he had other cars to take care of. Ken told me over the phone when I made the appointment that it would take over a hour to do 2 windows and I could wait for it at the dealership. After this fiasco I went someplace to get the tinting done... 30 minutes is all it took! Precision Window Tint of Longwood, FL. A service there.
