I've been working with A & H Floor Covering Inc. for fifteen years. I'm a property manager and whatever type of floor covering I've needed--tile, wood, whatever--they've been able to provide. They always get the job done and I've really never had any problem with it. The quality of the work very good. Their customer service is great as well. They get the work done and complete the job without any further contact from me. I'm busy and I don't have time to make sure that someone gets the job done when I ask them to do it. I just received sort of a compliment in church this week from our lay-pastor who reported one of his neighbors was complaining about the service and final price they received from the flooring retailer they called via a toll-free number they saw on a TV commercial. My pastor them told them they should have asked him first as he has used Carpet Shack several times and has always been pleased. It was wonderful to hear. Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
