Good day, I am a loyal customer at Dunkin Donuts everywhere I travel. However, after visiting a local Dunkin Donut store in Atlantic Beach, I promised myself that I will not frequent it again. We like to sit an relax while consuming our delacasies. On December 7th, about 3:00pm, while sitting at the Atlantic Beach, FL location, there was a horrific noise. I looked around and noticed the employee was making some type of drink. The noise was so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk. Also, 4 customers got up and left. The noise continued for about 5 minutes. We also left. Could you please move the machine to the back, otherwise we will frequent the store 3 miles away. That is really inconvenient. Unfortunately, this Hardee's was not as close to my workplace, so I only occasionally ordered from them. However, the food is always good and the employees have always been exceptionally friendly, a factor considering the distance I had to travel to get there. Keep up the good work! ...read more
