Estate Locksmith Store

5.0

By Lucas Stewart

This is as good as it could ever get! Called Ben from Estate Locksmith Store over to my place to get a new lock installed. Ben suggested I get the locks rekeyed instead which helped me save a lot of money! He could have totally taken advantage of the situation to upsell me on a new lock, but didn’t. An honest professional, great communication and people skills! Will definitely call Estate Locksmith Store again for other requirements in the future. In my opinion, Ben and his team are the best in Jacksonville, FL.. ...read more

Estate Locksmith Store

5.0

By Hannah Glover

I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 904-531-3233 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Estate Locksmith Store told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Estate Locksmith Store for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Jacksonville, FL!! Would I recommend them? YES! ...read more

Home Inspection Checklist for Buyers and Sellers

What is a Home Inspection? A home inspection is intended to provide the client with information regarding the overall condition of installed systems and components of the home. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and components at the time of the home inspection. A home inspection is not a prediction of future conditions. What does a Home Inspection Cover? Our home inspections are in compliance with InterNACHI’s comprehensiveStandards of PracticeandCode of Ethics. InterNACHI is the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors. Our detailed home inspection consists of a thorough, visual examination of all safely-accessible systems and components of the home including, but not limited to: • Roof • HVAC Systems • Attic, Insulation & Ventilation • Plumbing System • Foundation • Electrical System • Patios, Balconies & Decks • Exterior (doors, windows, sidings, soffits, fascias) • Stairs, Steps, Railings & Handrails • Driveways & Walkways • Interior (doors, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs) • Structural Components • Fireplace & Chimney • Vegetation & Surface Drainage Should I Get a Home Inspection? Purchasing a home is likely one of the biggest investments a person will make. A buyer will want to learn as much as possible about the home they’re considering. A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs or construction oversights which can minimize surprises and save on costly repairs. A home inspection can also identify the need for maintenance so you can keep your home in top shape. Knowing more about the home will allow you to make important decisions with confidence. Home inspections can also be beneficial if you’re planning on selling your home. Having a seller’s home inspection performed can eliminate stress and allow you to get ahead of any issues that may need to be resolved. Pricing the home accurately will also be much easier. How Much Does a Home Inspection Cost? The cost of a home inspection varies geographically and will typically vary based on a number of factors such as the size of the home, age of the home, scope of the inspection to be performed, and more. The knowledge and peace of mind gained from a home inspection is well worth the cost, and the lowest-priced inspection is not necessarily a good bargain. We offer free, no obligation home inspection quotes. How Long Does a Home Inspection Take? The time it takes to perform a home inspection depends on the age, size of the home, the home’s location and the inspector’s work protocol and ethics. That being said, most inspections of average-sized homes can take up to three hours on-site. Additional time is usually required to complete the inspection report. Adding ancillary services (such as a pool inspection or additional buildings) can increase the inspection time. Do I Need to Attend the Home Inspection? We always encourage our clients to attend the home inspection. You will gain a better understanding of the home’s condition, which can allow you to make more informed decisions regarding the purchase of the home. However, if you can not make it to the inspection, our reports are detailed and will include all of our findings. Additionally, you can always contact us with any questions you may have. What Happens if the Home Inspection Reveals Problems? No house is perfect. If your home inspection reveals problems, it is important to understand the severity of those problems. We use color coding in our inspection reports to identify different levels of severity. For example, a dirty HVAC filter can be easily replaced at a low cost. If the problem is more severe, such as an ongoing roof leak, you should find out whether you can negotiate the cost of repair with the seller, or if you have enough in your budget to pay for the repair yourself. Can a House Fail a Home Inspection? Simply put, no. A home inspection is a visual examination of the current condition of the home. It is not an appraisal, and it is not a code-compliance inspection. Home inspectors do not pass or fail a home, but instead report on the home’s overall condition and point out any systems or components that may need repair or replacement. Hello from Wicked Beauty Cosmetics!

Hello Wicked Beauties! Thank You so much for visiting my blog! My name is Paige. I am the owner, founder, and creator of Wicked Beauty Cosmetics and of all the products available from Wicked Beauty Cosmetics. Yes, I hand make everything that is available for sale from Wicked Beauty Cosmetics (except for the plastic, glass, and metal containers). I am super excited to be able to share Wicked Beauty Cosmetics with you all! I have an enormous love (and, ok, slight obsession) for cosmetics. I used to only wear a little eyeliner and some gloss and that's pretty much all I knew about makeup. I didn't start and grow my obsession for cosmetics until I started working in the cosmetics industry. The more I learned about cosmetics, the more I found I wanted to learn even more. The more products I tried, the more I found I wanted to try even more products. I wanted to try them all haha! It was during this learning, growing, obsessive time that I decided that I didn't want to just own makeup products, but what I really wanted to do was make them. So, here I am finally making my own products and I hope that you all love them just as much as I do. Since everything I make is handmade, and not machine made, there may be some small differences from product to product, such as a slightly crooked label, or an air bubble in a product, or a tiny bit of glue that dried a little weird. I have infuriatingly learned though that instead of obsessing over the minor flaws to just let them be because they add a little character to each product. If you have any questions, concerns, just feel like chit-chatting, etc send me an email to wickedbeautycosmetics@outlook.com and I will get back to you as quickly as I can. If I'm taking a little long to respond it's most likely because I'm a little swamped, but please know that I will respond to you. Please put: wicked beauty cosmetics or WBC in the subject line of the email so that way it does not get overlooked.Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog! I will be creating a new blog post every week so check back weekly to see what I've been up to and what's been going on at Wicked Beauty Cosmetics. You can also check us out on facebook:www.facebook.com/wickedbeautycosmetics/. Instagram: www.instagram.com/wickedbeautycosmetics/.
