Somehow, I ended up locking myself out of my car when I’d stepped outside to stretch my legs. The embarrassment prevented me from calling up my friends or family for help. Who ends up forgetting the keys inside? Well, I did! My only savior was the internet. When I’d locked my pet cat in the car, I was on the verge of tears. How could I have been so stupid? It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Logan Locksmith Shop had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Arlington, VA.

I called Advanced Locksmith Service to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. But with Advanced Locksmith Service, I was charged nothing extra to what was quoted initially! Honest and upfront pricing makes the deal still sweeter! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY!

Pretty much the best experience I've had in the city, period. They were friendly and accommodating towards my schedule. Arrived on time, installed my top lock in 20 minutes, barely made a mess, and didn't mind me asking questions about the whole process. $100.00 + Tip = totally worth it. Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Who knew getting a door lock could actually be enjoyable? I needed a deadbolt lock installed so I called Advanced Locksmith Service , was able to get an appointment immediately, Ben was really friendly and a super cool guy, their prices are much cheaper than other lock services, can pay by cash or credit...all in all, perfect Locksmith Service in Elk Grove , CA!
