Very disappointed with the service from Lane and Lenge. Ordered flowers several days in advance prior to my father's 81st birthday which fell on a Saturday. His home is not more than two miles from their shop. He is homebound and was home with my mother the entire day that the flowers were to be delivered. Lane & Lenge phoned their home, but did not get through as my father was on the other line speaking to grandchildren and friends throughout most of the day. Lane & Lenge did not even attempt to deliver the flowers! A message was left on my parent's voice mail: "We called you but no one answered so I guess no one was home. We will try to deliver the flowers again on Monday." Glad business is so good that they don't even have to attempt delivery. I have been a long time customer as I live out of state and order flowers for many occassions for my parents. I will never use Lane & Lenge again. ...read more

Moscarillo's has beautiful plants, and if you're an experienced gardener, you'll probably love it. But if you're a beginner or have questions, I wouldn't recommend them. I went earlier this week looking for some specific things. I asked the man behind the counter if they were going to get any more of a planter that they were out of. He told me I could go ask inside. Then I asked him if they carried a particular plant because I couldn't find it. He said yes, pointed, and said, "It's over there somewhere - maybe about the fourth row." I looked there but couldn't find it. Another young man who worked there walked by, and I asked him. He was very nice and tried to help me, but I don't think he knew what the plant was. He said that the first person I spoke to would be back in a minute, and that he could help me. I waited about ten minutes, and I walked outside. The two were standing together, and the younger man asked me if I had found what I was looking for. I said no, and that I was giving up. The first man I spoke to just laughed, which I thought was very rude. Obviously customer service isn't particularly important to him. There are a lot of nurseries with very nice, helpful staff members, so I wouldn't shop there again. ...read more
